Alfredo "Alfred" Molina is a British-American actor and voice actor, he voices Albert Molina in Welcome to the Wayne.
He is known for his roles in Raiders of the Lost Ark, Enchanted April, Maverick, Species, Boogie Nights, Chocolat, Frida, Spider-Man 2, The Da Vinci Code, An Education, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, The Sorcerer's Apprentice, Rango and Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.
He starred as DDA/Detective Ricardo Morales on the NBC police/courtroom drama Law & Order: LA and as Roger opposite Dawn French in the BBC television sitcom Roger & Val Have Just Got In.
He rose to prominence on the West End, earning a Laurence Olivier Award nomination for Best Newcomer for his performance in the 1980 production of Oklahoma!. He made his Broadway debut in a production of 'Art' in 1998. His other Broadway credits include Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof from 2004 to 2005 and Mark Rothko in Red from 2009 to 2010.
Career[]
Molina appeared with Leonard Rossiter in the sitcom The Losers. Molina made his film debut with a minor role in Raiders of the Lost Ark as Indiana Jones' ill-fated guide, Satipo, during its iconic opening sequence. However, his big break came with Letter to Brezhnev, which he followed with a starring role in Prick Up Your Ears, playing Joe Orton's lover (and eventual murderer) Kenneth Halliwell. He was originally cast as Arnold Rimmer in the TV sitcom Red Dwarf, but was replaced by Chris Barrie.
