Julia Tori Wiles is a supporting minor character in Welcome to the Wayne. She was first believed to have been a "Norma" in the beginning of the series, but later it is revealed that she was only faking it and that she lied to Ansi and the others the entire time.

Appearance

Julia is a tall, thin, dark-skinned girl with frizzy, should length blonde hair and white stud earrings. Julia typically wears a pink jacket with brown accents over a light cream blouse. She wears black shorts, a dark red belt, and dark purple tights as well as long black boots and a red and cream shoulder bag shaped like an animal face.

Personality

Julia is a sweet and kind girl; she is willing to help others in need and she loves caring for animals. Later on, it was revealed she wasn't a Norma and was faking it. She tried to run away from Olly, Ansi, and Saraline but she called on some creatures to take them away. She felt bad for lying but later on became good terms with Team Timbers again.

Julia and Ansi are good friends, Ansi has a crush on her and there are signs that Julia probably knows he has a crush on her. Most likely Julia likes Ansi back.

Olly Timbers

Julia and Olly are good friends, even though Olly didn't really like her that much Julia still is being nice towards Olly.

Saraline Timbers

Julia and Saraline are good friends. Even though Saraline suspected something strange with Julia. Julia is still nice towards Saraline and offered her if she wanted to do something fun with Wendell in Spacefish

Wendell Wasserman

Julia frequently babysits Wendell, and they get along great.

• In "Spacefish", she is a frequent babysitter for Wendell.
• For most of the series, it is believed that Julia is a "Norma", a person who can't endure prolonged exposure to Wayne Phenomena. But in the episode "Keep an Eye on the Nose", it is revealed that Julia is some kind of caretaker of all kinds of WPs, lying to Ansi, Olly and Saraline in the Stanza by putting in eye contacts to make it look like she was Goon-Bawling.
